How Is FIT Funded and Administered?


FIT’s funding comes from generous contributions from individuals, businesses and other community organizations, and from an annual grant from the City of Benicia Human Services Fund.

FIT’s funds are never used for administrative costs. All work is done by dedicated volunteers.

FIT’s only overhead expenses are: telephone, post office box, envelopes, stamps and paper. These expenses are covered by designated donations.
